Welcome to The Triumphant Elder, Comfortable Engagement Yoga and Ayurvedic Alchemy!

The Triumphant Elder is a website for all ages to grow into health at any age. If we are healthy young people, we have an excellent chance to grow into healthy elders who beat the odds and stake their claim on healthy longevity beyond the average human lifespan. This site is about empowering you to care for yourself with the ancient, time-tested techniques of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, the twin healing science of Yoga. Both are over 5,000 years old. Ayurveda uses powerful sensory therapies to create a harmonious, optimal environment for healing and self-transformation. Additionally, Ayurveda uses effective, organic herbal formulas to heal chronic illness by virtue of their super antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that work on all tissues of the body. Therapeutic Yoga uses a customized yoga practice to heal joints, muscles and relieve pain. I specialize in working with back pain, osteoporosis, age-related capacity loss, injury and rehabilitation. Again, welcome to an opportunity to drink from an ancient spring of healing for modern ills!

The 40 Day Practice: Shifts in Consciousness
